Members must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at all subsequent points where personal information is requested. Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX are processed automatically and credited to the Member's Account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Club777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or issuing banks.
All Account balances, deposit amounts, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit confirmation. Club777 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.
Anti-money laundering: Club777 may require Members to verify the source of deposited funds as part of its ongoing AML compliance obligations. Members agree to cooperate with any such requests and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in deposit reversal or account suspension.
A Member is eligible to request a withdrawal provided that: (a) KYC verification has been completed and approved; (b) all applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the Member's available real money balance; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no pending security review.

Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Club777 may request verification of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals to a new method. This policy is in place to protect Members against fraudulent withdrawal attempts.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. While a Member holds an active bonus with an uncleared wagering requirement, the maximum permitted single-bet size is MYR 250 unless a lower amount is specified in the applicable promotion terms. All bets are subject to Club777's acceptance at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued by the system and displayed to the Member. Club777 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason, including where the Platform suspects irregular betting activity or integrity concerns.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, Club777 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Erroneous odds are defined as those differing materially from the true market price at the time of placement. Members who knowingly take advantage of such errors may have their accounts reviewed and restricted.
If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the period specified in the applicable betting rules, bets on that event may be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for event cancellations vary by sport and market type; Members should refer to the sportsbook rules pages for details relevant to Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, and other covered competitions.
Mix Parlay bets are combinational wagers on multiple selections. If any one selection within a Mix Parlay is voided (e.g., due to a postponed match), the parlay is recalculated with the remaining selections. Mix Parlay odds and conditions are displayed at the time of bet placement and are binding.

Any real money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Club777 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform; (b) any loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data; (c) service interruptions, technical failures, or errors in the Platform caused by events beyond Club777's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, third-party payment system outages, or force majeure events.
Club777's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Club777 makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Members access and use the Platform at their own risk.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Club777's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between Club777 and a Member through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as selected by Club777.
Members who wish to raise a formal complaint should first contact Club777's customer support team via live chat, providing a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence. Club777 will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
Club777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect Members' rights or obligations — Club777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email or on-site notification before the changes take effect.
Minor amendments (such as grammatical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a provision, or changes required to comply with applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page will be updated whenever this document is revised. It is each Member's responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.
